Orders

When you order, we process your details (name, address, email address and, where given, company and VAT ID) to perform the contract and invoice you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

We keep these details for as long as the statutory retention periods of commercial and tax law require (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

Contact form

When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, your email address, your company if given, and your message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The message reaches us by email and isn’t stored on this website. Against spam, the form has your browser solve a small computation, without cookies and without third-party services.

Sending emails

We send order confirmations through the email service Brevo, which processes your email address and the content of the message on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

This website only sets a cookie when you choose a language yourself, to remember your choice. We use no analytics or tracking tools, and we serve fonts from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
