Scope

These terms apply to all orders of ProtagonistCMS through protagonistcms.com from [Name or company, address].

Conclusion of the contract

Clicking “Order with obligation to pay” makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we email you the order confirmation with the download link, which happens immediately after ordering.

Rights of use

The single license allows you to use ProtagonistCMS for one website.

The agency license allows you to use ProtagonistCMS for any number of websites, including websites you build and look after for your clients.

The rights of use are unlimited in time and also cover all future versions. Reselling ProtagonistCMS itself or distributing it as a product of your own is not permitted.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. You pay by invoice, which we send you by email. It is due within [14] days without deduction.

Delivery

You receive ProtagonistCMS as a download through a personal link that we email you immediately after ordering.

Requirements

ProtagonistCMS needs web hosting with PHP 8.4 or newer and a web server that honours .htaccess files. Hosting and domain are not part of the contract.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the information on the right of withdrawal.

Liability

Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
